We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa day or treatment so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings.

What is the cancellation policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a 50% charge or redemption from your gift voucher.

If I needed to move my treatment within 24 hrs will I be changed?
